We will continue to seek ways of enhancing our work environment for our entire ‘Red Shoe Brigade’. Patients often ask us ‘What’s the story behind everyone wearing red shoes?’. There is no real story, we just do things differently and have fun doing it. We respect individuality, so staff can choose anything they are comfortable in, from trainers to heels, as long as they are red and suit their personality!
